I workout daily during figure skating!
I moved up to a higer level where we have a personal trainer to make us stronger for our jumps and stuff.
And this was my third week and Ohh Myyy Gawwwddd!
I cant tell you how much pain I was in the first 2 weeks lol!
soo my work out schedule is 4 times a week.
strech and then dance for an hour.
then figure skating for an hour and a half.
then hardcore workout for about a half hour or an hour.
