When I went to get my cast off they weighed me and said I was overweight. Now I'm really depressed and I need to lose like 15 pounds to get back to normal. Can you give me some tips?
Dont be depressed! Loosing weight isnt really bad! Just do fun excersizes and eat all natural foods in smaller porportions you will end up feeling alot better not only loosing weight but youll be alot healthier, a clearer complextion, etc.
Tips:
1.) Drink tons of water
2.) Eat 6 small meals a day
3.) Eat all natural foods
4.) Set a finnish date of when you want to be 15 pounds lighter
5.) Plan out your meals for each day it will be easier to follow
